ABC Ultimo, located on a site with a rich industrial past, is now a state-of-the-art facility blending office, production, and technical areas.

Delivered in partnership with SHAPE, the live-site project focused on smart technology, flexibility, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The extensive works were carried out across five floors over an 18-month staged delivery program.

Our scope included:

• Refurbishment of offices, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and technical areas
• Staged delivery with strategic isolations to ensure operational continuity
• Switchboard upgrades and cable containment systems
• KNX DALI lighting with integrated emergency systems
• Temporary power solutions for phased works
• Full communications infrastructure: fibre, CAT6A cabling, WAPs, patch panels, and PDUs
• End-to-end electrical and communications design, documentation, and compliance
• System testing, commissioning, certification, and as-built handover
