Alland Group delivered an innovative refurbishment of an office in Sydney’s iconic Chifley Tower, creating a modern, flexible, and future-ready workplace. The project supported a transition to an Agile Work Model designed to enhance collaboration, adaptability, and business growth.

The refurbishment also included upgrades to the base building lobbies on 3 levels, ensuring the workspace met contemporary standards of functionality and design.

Our scope of work included:

• Temporary power provision with all necessary approvals
• Upgrades and modifications to distribution switchboards
• Installation of submain cabling and cable tray systems throughout
• Advanced lighting and control systems with CBUS DALI, occupancy sensors, and multi-scene programming
• Emergency and exit lighting compliant with safety regulations
• UPS system upgrades with minimal downtime
• Comprehensive communications infrastructure including fibre, CAT6 cabling, patch panels, and wireless access points
• Installation of general power outlets with clear colour coding
• Detailed labelling and documentation across all systems
