Alland Group partnered with Mainbrace to deliver complete Design & Construct electrical works for the Ampol Eastern Creek M4 Twin Service Centres. The project comprised two new service centres and the staged demolition of existing facilities, carefully managed to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout construction.

Project Scope & Key Works:
• Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical, lighting, communications, and security services
• Installation of 4x 1500KVA substations, 4x 2500A Main Switchboards, and multiple distribution boards
• Inground infrastructure, including all civil works, conduit pathways, submains, and communication cabling
• Deployment of smart lighting systems
• Installation of new EV charging infrastructure, including 2x 400kW fast chargers
• 2x new 99.6 kW rooftop PV systems and 100 kW battery storage
• Full communications and fibre optic networks
• Installation of CCTV, PA systems, and security system infrastructure
• Upgrades to emergency and general lighting in line with Ampol guidelines

Delivered under a demanding staged program, the project required detailed planning, innovative solutions, and close collaboration with Ampol and Mainbrace. Alland Group’s experienced electrical technicians ensured the site remained fully operational while achieving the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
