As we approach the end of the year, we want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulate our entire team for navigating a year filled with challenges, victories, and achievements.

To our clients we deeply appreciate your decision to partner with us. Whether it’s been through numerous projects, your valuable feedback, or simply your ongoing partnership, each interaction with you has made a positive impact on our journey.

Our Players' Player of the Year, Sam, and our Apprentice of the Year, Cooper. These awards, voted on by our fantastic team, celebrate exceptional individuals whose hard work, commitment, and uplifting spirit make them truly deserving of this honor. This recognition is a significant achievement and reflects the positive impact they have made. A special thank you to everyone who voted – this wouldn’t be possible without the support and teamwork we all share.

Our team will be taking a well-earned break from Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2025.

October is Safe Work Month, and this year’s theme is “Safety is everyone’s Business.”

At Alland Group, safety is at the core of our business. It shapes our processes and defines our culture.

From the moment new employees join us, they are immersed in our commitment to safety. This includes site-specific inductions, daily pre-start meetings, regular toolbox talks, and ongoing consultation and training. We believe that managing WHS risks is a shared responsibility — one that encompasses not only physical activities but also the critical aspect of mental health.

Our people are the heartbeat of Alland Group, and ensuring their safety will always be our top priority.

Welcome Lachlan!
We are pleased to introduce Lachlan to the Alland Group team!

We asked Lachlan a few questions about his journey so far.

Why did you choose an electrical apprenticeship?
'I chose to be an electrician after I did work experience last year where I engaged in electrical concepts and practices and loved it.'

How do you like your first six weeks of full time work?
'I have really enjoyed my first six weeks at Alland learning a vast variety of tasks. The transition between school and full-time work has been made so much easier due to a great culture and co-workers.'

What is your favourite part of your work day?
'Arriving on site, ready to learn new skills.'

As he embarks on his Apprenticeship journey with us, we are eager to support his growth and development. We will be there to guide him every step of the way.
