This year’s toolbox talk was a smash hit – literally!

At Alland Group, we know training is vital for growth, and mentorship is key in shaping the future of our tradespeople. Our company toolbox talk is a chance for training, welcoming our new workers, acknowledging promotions, bringing all our teams to one place, and an epic table tennis tournament!

Topics discussed included WHS, training up apprentices, and nailing best work practices — doing things right doesn’t have to be boring!

Apprentices had to prove their talent and teamwork by showcasing their fit off skills. Congrats to the winning team - Dimitri, Alex and Luca.

What better way to wrap up a day of learning and fun than with pizza, laughs, and crowning this year's table tennis champs – Cody and Kieran.
