Alland Group has recently completed an exciting refurbishment and commercial fit out at 300 Parramatta Road Auburn. The high profile site is now home to some of Australia’s retail giants, with BCF, Officeworks, Decathlon and RSEA just to name a few. As the premises was well over 20 years old, the logistical task of transforming it into the 21^st Century posed many challenges. The end result speaks for itself with a completely overhauled infrastructure and state of the art LED lighting throughout, making this address one the most energy efficient on the Parramatta Road strip.
