Established over two decades ago, this global logistics software leader is headquartered in Alexandria. Having outgrown its original converted warehouse, the company has relocated to a purpose-built, campus-style precinct designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainability through contemporary amenities and intelligent design.

This project involved a full commercial fit-out of the new headquarters, including open-plan workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and breakout areas—delivered within a newly constructed floorplate.

Electrical Scope of Works:

  • Power supplies for mechanical, hydraulic, and audio-visual systems
  • Workstation connections, including power poles and PDUs
  • General electrical infrastructure: accessories, labelling, setout, and installation
  • Motorised blinds
  • Floor boxes and soft-wired power outlets
  • Energy monitoring system integrated with the base building
  • Mobile telecommunications booster system
  • Cable penetrations, fire rating, earthing, bonding, and acoustic treatments
  • Cable support infrastructure and ducting systems
  • Lighting and control systems, including emergency and exit lighting
  • Communications cabling: incoming services, horizontal and backbone cabling, WAPs, data outlets, patch and fly leads, rack installations
  • Security and access control systems: intruder alarms, duress systems, PC integration
  • IP-based CCTV system with motion detection and centralised monitoring
