Architectus Office MLC Centre

Client: Architectus

Project Works: Fitout and Refurbishment

Builder: Shape Group Australia

The Harry Seidler designed MLC Centre remains one of his most definitive works and was awarded the Sir John Sulman Medal in 1983. The Architectus fit-out on Level 18, utilises Seidlers modernist hexagonal floor-plan to great effect, where the bones of the building are contrasted with fitout materials and furnishings.

Alland Group has carried out a full electrical and lighting fit-out for Architectus incorporating specialist lighting, Lighting control (C-Bus), energy metering, distribution board installation, cabling infrastructure, power reticulation, Cat 6 communication cabling system, work station power distribution and detailed architectural support systems..

Attention to detail and exceptional workmanship, for which Alland Group are renowned was paramount to completing these works to the exacting finish necessary due to the exposed nature of the space. This proved to be no obstacle for our skilled team of tradespeople and resulted in a truly magnificent environment for Architectus staff and visitors alike.
