Alland Group were once again excited to partner with Shape to deliver a 5 floor fit out (12,500m) of the ASIC office/s in Sydney.

Over the 8 months Alland Group spent onsite, ASIC needed to remain fully operational, therefore it was essential our program remained on target and completed on time.

Works included

• Removal installation and upgrade of all electrical, lighting and data service CBUS / DALI lighting control system to comply with current BCA NCC 2019
• AMP horizontal communications system with certification of the remainder of the system warranty
• Feature lighting
• Monitored (Clevertronics HIVE) Emergency Lighting System
• General power to workstations, kitchen and cleaners’ outlets.

This beautiful refurbishment was ready for the ASIC team in August 2021
