Alland Group has carried out a full electrical and communications, lighting fit-out to Levels 1 and 2 incorporating specialist lighting, customised LED lighting throughout, Lighting control (C-Bus), emergency and exit lighting Sub-circuit wiring with accessories to all luminaires, GPOs, junction boxes and equipment, television services, energy metering, split chassis distribution boards, cabling infrastructure, power reticulation, Krone Cat 6A communication cabling system, multiple compartment skirting ducts for power and communications, communications room incorporating 20KVA UPS, 48RU free standing communication cabinets, CREMS and complete earthing system throughout.

Our project was handed over successfully to BPay on time working collectively with BPAY / Shape to achieve specific early completion works such as level 2 communications room and much more.
