Staged over a three year period, Alland Group delivered to Built a full Design and Construct project that rejuvenated this central CBD commercial building. These works were concentrated on two impressive custom designer façades and signage lighting, 3 floors of base building works, commercial and office fit outs, along with new switchboards and metering.  Also included were all works associated with an upgrade of communications and lighting, power supply to lifts together with substantial lobby and mezzanine reconfiguration works.
