Alland Group was engaged to deliver the full electrical services package for the new fuel station and staff parking facility at Costco Auburn. From early-stage design coordination through to final commissioning, we provided a complete, fully compliant electrical solution tailored to the site’s operational needs.

Our team carried out extensive trenching works and worked closely with other contractors to ensure all electrical conduits and services were accurately integrated within the broader civil and structural framework. We efficiently managed all civil works including backfilling, compaction, spoil removal, and concrete footings, keeping the project on track and up to quality standards.

 Scope of works included:

  • Decommissioning of redundant electrical infrastructure
  • Removal, relocation, and installation of lighting poles and luminaires
  • Excavation, backfilling, and mechanical protection of underground electrical and communications conduits
  • Installation of cable containment systems and a new main switchboard including new Energy Retailer metering and UGOH supply
  • In-ground provision for future power and communications expansion to neighbouring lot, including generator connection points
  • Provision and connection of power supply to Fuel site signage
  • Supply and installation of new boom gates to staff carpark, customer carpark and warehouse loading dock
  • Installation fibre optic cabling via new in-ground conduits, inspection pits and Cable Tray
