Alland Group carried out a Design and Construct electrical and communications turnkey solution to over 102 guest rooms and public spaces to 21st century technology incorporating LED lighting, power reticulation, switchboard upgrades, surge protection, metering, specialist lighting and emergency and exit lighting.
