Working closely with Shape, Intelle Building services and Forge Venture Management, this Alland Group Design & Construct project came to life.

Alland Group were engaged to complete a back to base refurbishment on existing tenancy floors (Ground floor, Level 1 and Level 2).  The scope of works included not only the usual requirements of a Make Good project, but also the integration of a 1650KVA generator to the building’s essential services.

Works involved the removal of all existing tenant services and cabling, installation of new Dali controlled lighting, C-Bus motion sensors and lighting control, the upgrade of ATS control for essential services, generator fuel line diversions, and modifications to the existing generator MSB and PLC control.
