Alland Group were engaged by Shape to provide a monumental refurbishment of 283 rooms of the Novotel Hotel Sydney. 

The scope was extensive, and the programme accelerated, so Alland Group hit the ground running to ensure the hotel could remain open with minimal impact to day-to-day operations. 

Our Alland team provided an exceptional project delivery for Shape that included all power, lighting and data requirements across 22 levels of rooms, as well as the reception area, lounge, lobby, bar, gym, amenities and kitchen. 

Specific works were:   

• New power, lighting and data requirements in every room 
• Multi-level corridor refurbishment 
• Installation of Dynalite lighting control system throughout gym, reception, lounge, lobby and bar  
• AV- supply and installation of background music system for the ground floor area
