Alland Group has recently completed an exciting refurbishment and commercial fit out at 300 Parramatta Road Auburn. The high profile site is now home to some of Australia’s retail giants, with BCF, Officeworks, Decathlon and RSEA just to name a few. As the premises was well over 20 years old, the logistical task of transforming it into the 21st Century posed many challenges. The works included, full design drawings and calculations for Lighting, Power, Communications, AV and Dry Fire which included – new switchboards, modification works to existing MSB, lighting & power cabling, Cat 6 communications cabling & equipment, new UPS’s and by-pass switches, LED lighting, Dry Fire alterations to existing architectural lighting and AV cabling.
