Penrith Civic Arts Precinct (The Mondo)

Alland Group are proud of our association with Glascott Landscape & Civil in the completion of the works at the Mondo. The works were a combination of demolition, civil, landscaping, energy efficient “LED” lighting upgrade throughout, electrical infrastructure, switchboard modifications, specialised seating power requirement and drainage works to enhance the Penrith Civic Arts Precinct.

Boronia Park Epping

Upgrades to Boronia Park, including improved pathways, playing surfaces, seating, playground extension and picnic areas have recently been completed and Alland Group were again happy to work with Glascott Landscape & Civil to complete the project.

The work involved the construction of new pedestrian path lighting and associated electrical work, new reinforced concrete pedestrian paths together with a new electric BBQ, play equipment upgrade, landscaping, park furniture and associated works.

The upgraded areas feature coloured concrete pavement and brick paving, New electric BBQ, bubblers and taps, Park Furniture, a new picnic area, upgraded play equipment and new playground.

Loyalty Square Balmain

Alland Group has partnered with Glascott Landscape & Civil to refurbish Loyalty Square in Balmain, installing new uplighting to the memorial, flagpoles, bollards and trees to enhance the area and provide another iconic open space for the people of Leichhardt.  Loyalty Square is thought to be the oldest Memorial to ANZACS in the world, constructed by the people of Balmain in 1916.

Telstra Lobby 400 George Street

Telstra has opened its technology hub in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and Alland Group is excited to have supplied the lighting, data and electrical works as part of the refurbishment of the store and ground floor lobby.

The Discovery Store, at the junction of 400 George Street and King Street the site previously the Darrell Lea landmark store, is directly opposite the Apple Store at 367 George Street.
