Alland Group were engaged by Shape to provide a monumental refurbishment of 283 rooms of the Novotel Hotel Sydney.
The scope was extensive, and the programme accelerated, so Alland Group hit the ground running to ensure the hotel could remain open with minimal impact to day-to-day operations.
Our Alland team provided an exceptional project delivery for Shape that included all power, lighting and data requirements across 22 levels of rooms, as well as the reception area, lounge, lobby, bar, gym, amenities and kitchen.

Our scope involved decommissioning existing substations, new consumer mains, two new 2000 amp Main Switchboards, upgrade of CT metering, alterations to existing switchgear & boards to accommodate new works
