Alland Group’s expertise in Fit Out and Refurbishment was enlisted by Hansen Yuncken to provide a spectacular renovation across multiple floors of the School’s Codrington Building.

St Patrick’s College in Strathfield has recently increased its learning spaces with the addition of the extensive 4300m2 purpose built “Scientia” building. This impressive 4 storey building will provide students and teachers with state of the art classrooms, a canteen and café with indoor and outdoor seating, and ultra modern science labs.
Established in 1928, St Patricks was started as a training/practice school for student teachers. Initially, 39 students were enrolled, but by the end of the first year, enrolment had grown to 100 boys. St Patricks has now grown to over 1400 boys across years 5 – 12.

Alland Group were privileged to have the opportunity to complete a major design and construct project for builders Hansen Yuncken. The works at the Australian Catholic University consisted of a single storey underground carpark, and once built, covered by a FIFA grade soccer pitch. Included within the complex are public and referee changing rooms, amenities and a first aid room.
